The GAAAH moment when you arrived in time to hit the most expensive timeslot. And guess what? There is STILL a jam ahead… pay and still jam. SAD!!
Not exactly photoshop masterpiece but anyways.. go have some fun yourself. Heh.
There has been a increase of stray cats in my estate and they are pretty friendly. This is one of them lazing at the carpark staircase.
Got the chance to go for a free ride on the Singapore Flyer some weeks ago when we receive a corporate event invitation. Was pretty excited when we first reached but with all the waiting and queuing, we got a little bored and tired.
Getting onto the cabin was interesting as the platform was curved and the cabin doesn’t stop (obviously), but it’s definitely slow enough for all to get in without having to dash.
Small Boobs was pretty kancheong and tries to grab something/someone as she get on and off the cabin. So when she get in, she grabbed the door. When she got out, unfortunately there was no one/nothing for her to grab so she screamed. -_-
Views from the base.
3 things we saw from the top of the wheel — traffic jams, IR in construction and F1 track in construction. That’s all.
Will I pay to go again? Nah don’t think so.
I know my mobile camera is nothing compared to the newer and higher-end mobiles at a measly 2megapixel… BUT it can still take nice photos occasionally, no? We spotted this kitten during our fishhead steamboat dinner at Serangoon few weekends ago and WCIII managed to capture it upclose. So cute HOR!
January 2007
:: Kicked start the year-long 50th anniversary celebration of my church. Retro is the theme.
February 2007

:: CNY BBQ at Elian’s in JB. Never under-estimate the power of our abilities to do crazy stunts.

The Nee Soon East Netball Circus *cue circus music*
:: Spent CNY in HK with parents. Eat, sleep, watch Keroro on TV.
:: CNY gathering at Small Boob’s. Ash is not in her best mood. . until QM started getting her involved in playing cards.

The glee. Our future gambler queen — Miss Ashleigh.
March 2007
:: The most anticipated event of the year — 捞鱼生 and steamboat at my place. For another year, they attempt to get the 鱼生 to the ceiling and cover the floor despite my pre-捞鱼生 briefing of “Please do not 捞 until the 地上!!” *roll eyes*
:: Phuket with SPG, with sufficient adventures in our bike ride to last a lifetime. Photos.
April 2007
:: QM is 30 years old!! But we were so distracted by Ash all the photos we took were of her.
June 2007
:: Dua dai ji of the year — my Netherlands trip with mom to visit Dave for his graduation. Trip post one, two, three, four, five, six and seven.
Destination posts: Antwerp, Düsseldorf and Eindhoven.
July 2007

Mad.
August 2007
:: Became older! Much older! Sobs!! Received plenty of birthday blessings in the form of waterbombs, cream from birthday cake and stuff.
:: Went to watch NDP live for the first time in my life. From a distance, that is. In the comfort of airconditioning and buffet line. Hoho!!
:: Phuket again! This time with my bitches from poly days and 1 mosquito. Snippets and other pictures.
September 2007
:: Church Retreat 2007 in JB. I once again demonstrated my amazing ability to sleep anytime anywhere.
:: Farewell for Elian at PS Cafe. She left for faraway ang moh land. Sob!
October 2007
:: Visited Langkawi. Chanced upon the western food stall uncle from SP at the hotel reception and talked non-stop to us. -_-!!
November 2007
:: Bangkok virgin trip I cometh. Birthday trip for Hin and we had such a great time! Regretted not going on holiday with this bunch of mad friends from secondary school sooner. Poor Eric got tortured by us. Hehe!!
December 2007
:: Phuket again again!! Had sunny day for… ONE DAY!
:: Company Xmas party. I did not win anything in the lucky draw this year. *sulk*

With small boobs — I’m elf, she’s Santa Claus.
:: Netballers Xmas Party at Downtown East chalet. Events this year: watergun fight, bed jumping, Wii, Blind Cat (瞎眼猫), Froot Loops blowing across thread, passing puzzle and abundance of food.
:: Xmas gathering at small boobs’ but her oven broke down so we had no luck having baked goodies this year. The food was great still tho.
And there you go, my 2007. How was yours?
Unbelievable but true, Xmas is not here yet but I’m done with my partying. Now is recuperation time. Zzzz!!
Flying from the Xmas party with the netball gang. Was there the night before to decorate the room and play Wii. We got a little crazy and decided to jump over the bed doing superhero poses. It was really difficult to do the stunt and have the photographer snap at the perfect timing I tell you. *sweat*
Xmas party with the netball gang lasted from Saturday evening till very early hours of Sunday morning, napped a few hours and off to the next gathering with the poly gang at Small Boob’s place.
Ash as usual is the centre of attention, torturing all the aunties cos she’s so very restless. *sweat sweat*
Oh by the way, although I was in the same set of clothes in both pix, I did change and was in a different set of clothes on Saturday. Just in case you thought I lasted throughout the weekend without changing!!
More pix when they are uploaded.. eventually.
This was my farewell at Sam Yuk Primary School. I was to return to Singapore for my PSLE cos dad wasn’t too impressed with the Hong Kong education system of all subjects (except English) being taught in Cantonese.
We were the first batch of students of the school, which sadly is not in existent anymore today. The intake was so small the class of Primary 5 and 6 were combined (so were Primary 1/2 and Primary 3/4).
I was doing Primary 6 and I had only one other classmate. Haha!!
See where the boys are looking? This photo is such a gem! Thanks Sam for digging it out and uploading it on facebook!
