QueenMother was telling us her trick in making Ash sleeps on time is to tell her about this monster (aka 魔魔) that comes out at night to catch kids who doesn’t sleep early. We died laughing but it works on Ash.
QM’s MIL however does not believe in scare tactics and once secretly told Ash there is no 魔魔, thus Ash decided to challenge QM during bedtime.
QM being her usual birdy self, immediately whip out her phone and said “No 魔魔?! Do you want me to call him now?” Ash at this point got scared and was probably thinking her challenge was a bad idea.
QM then press on the ringer to have the phone ring and asked Ash “魔魔 is calling already! Do you want to talk to him?!”
“NO! NO! I’m asleep already!!” Ash covers face with her smelly pillow.
Morale of story: never challenge your birdy mom unless you are able to counter her tactics.
I’m down with flu. Nose was totally stuffed and I was banned from office, so I went to visit my GP. She was the one I visited earlier on when I first discover the lump on my left breast, she hasn’t hear from me since then so it would be good to give her an update.
She took one look at me and knew that the lump was no good. I went on to update her the treatments I’ve been through while she checked on my throat and temperature. Stuffy nose - yes. Sore throat - yes. Fever - nope. Thus I’m cleared of H1N1.
I was given a big bag of medication but when I was paying the bill, I couldn’t help but feel that it’s so cheap! Compared to my other current medical bills, this is like peanuts. HA!
Think I’ve successfully infected Small Boobs, super unfortunate for her as she is away in BKK for holidays this weekend… while waiting for her friends to join her, she is alone and sick. SORRY LAH!! Now I got wear mask already lah.
This is old news but Small Boobs fell flat on her face (literally!) during paintball some weeks ago and got some pretty serious injuries, including a shifted front tooth.
This is one of her less serious injuries but it’s gross cos she kept picking at it.
