Small Boobs finds this work by Mr Tan most amusing. I wonder why.

> Proven theory. You can tell how expensive your meal would be by the towgays (bean sprouts) you find in the dish. Got head got tail? Hawker/food court price. Got head no tail (or vice versa)? Restaurant price. No head no tail? Atas restaurant price.

> Mom has a love hate relationship with Tiga. Just the other night when Tiga was doing his most pitiful meows cos I’ve been out whole day, I heard mom answering to him. Then this morning she was complaining and scolding Tiga for sleeping on the coffee table.

  • Opened the food cabinet a big fat lizard flew out and smack on my arm. Instantly flung it away, thankfully not into face of mom beside me. #
  • Strangely the lizard actually felt abit warm! I must be too calm for myself cos I didn’t even scream, only managed a “HMMM?!!” #
  • Backside got bumped again. Wet road, indecisive driver infront and distracted driver behind. I got time to honk you no time to brake? #

POSB Run 2009
Uploaded with plasq’s Skitch!

Oh yes once a year I’ll drag myself up early on a Sunday morning and RUN. The only highlight of the event is the prata session after the run. I really cannot do morning.

So when I receive this, I know there must be a mistake. Cos I most definitely did not take up the challenge last year.

On Sunday, we were at Formula Drift 2009 held at Changi Exhibition Centre. Having no restrictions what we could bring in, we packed Subway plus drinks and regretted not bring our own chairs.

We stood right next to the race track listening to the roaring engines and smelling the burning tyres. It was madly hot as expected yet strangely it was also breezy. Being on a reclaimed land next to the sea helps I guess.

Then as we rejoice over the clouds coming in shielding us from the sorching sun, they brought bad news — it started pouring, heavily. But then with wet tracks, we get to see more actions — more accidents that is.

At the end of the day, I got a “nice” racer back tan from standing under the sun in my tanktop. My legs almost break cos we got the walkabout tickets, the only seating available for walkabout is on the floor.

I did not try to drift my car when turning at the traffic light after the event. By the way.

Beamy Clouds
Uploaded with plasq’s Skitch!

Saw this beauty on my way home last evening. Then for some unrelated reasons, the 2 Hondas infront of me started racing each other nearly causing accident on the mildly heavy traffic road. Haiz.

Patience pipples!*

* I’m saying this cos obviously my car has no power and cannot out race anyone.
