Cherish Your Cheap Food
July 18, 2008 5:37 pm Life in RandomYes James always tell me how ridiculously priced food we took for granted like chicken rice, laksa, indonesian nasi campur, prata, nasi lemak etc are down under. And how more ridiculously they can’t resist going back week after week just for a taste of home.
I guess food is really a shared passion of Asians — a weekly dose of plate of AU$7.50 nasi lemak is worth it (I’m jumping to conclusion she is Asian cos of how she blogs about food)!
So anyone want to make a guess how much 2 pieces of kosong prata cost in Melbourne? Guesses in the comment.
