Have been eating non-stop since my arrival in Hong Kong on Friday. Had steamboat for 2 nights in a row and now I’m so stuffed. Must. Eat. No. More.
Firecrackers are supposed to be illegal here but people in the villages near where we stay clearly doesn’t give a hoot cos at midnight last night, we heard lotsa firecrackers and some of them even shot mini-fireworks. It was a beautiful sight.
Early this morning, I hear firecrackers again and drums etc, but ofcos I didn’t care and continued sleeping till noon.
Going to start shopping tomorrow, tho some of the shops are already opened today. But just want to nua one more day. Heh.
May we all be as fat as the pig in this new year. Not.
It’s hard to tell the lunatic apart from the true love in the field. May we all find and cherish our true love!

I was actually lookng forward to some nice cold weather there. But alas! Hong Kong Observatory says temperature will hover between 18C to 24C for the next 7 days. Boring.

It seems like business has really picked up for our clients cos for the first time in many years we are receiving bak kwa from clients for CNY. However tho, they are pork ofcos.
