Just called Starhub customer service to enquire some stuff on my current maxonline subscription.

Waited a good 10minutes listening to the repeating recorded message telling me my call is valuable (yaya whatever) to them and alternatively to fax or email in my request blah blah.

Experience tells me I will get no respond if I give up now and fax/email them. Thus I waited, patiently. Thank goodness for speaker phones.

A young boy (or at least he sounded young) picked up the call. After waiting for 10minutes, he tells me he doesn’t know the answer to my question and will get someone else to get back to me.
