Despite the incredibly humid weather, we still managed to look so pretty. Can’t help it lah, we are simply too photogenic!! Heh.

James has come and gone. He has flew off to enjoy a 2weeks reunion with my parents in HK feasting and shopping.
In the few days he was home, the house felt alive again. It felt strange but I got used to it after awhile. Tiga was terrified and spent most of his time in his hiding places around the house or in my room when I’m home.
When he arrived at the door from airport late Thursday night, he seemed… gigantic, perhaps I haven’t seen him for too long and have forgotten how big he is. He gave me a big hug and I was squashed! It was nice.
…
Rain has been falling non-stop for the past days. The aircon on my car broke down. It was simply crazy trying to wipe the fogged-up windscreen, eat a banana (an indian banana no less, the skin was so thin and so difficult to peel off) and negotiate the jammed up highway to work yesterday morning.
I was pretty grumpy when I reach office ofcos. I don’t know whether it’s better being cooked in an oven or be a wiper to constantly clean the fogged up windscreen.
I stopped by a petrol station to top up the aircon gas during lunch the other day. It was a hot hot hot day. The mechanic told me he doesn’t have the aircon gas for my car cos my system is old one. Grrr..
So I decided to wash the car instead cos it’s filthy, and this petrol station’s car wash had to be non-sheltered. I sat in the car while the car washer busied themselves. Beads of perspiration formed on my forehead and trickled down the side of my face.
I jumped out of the car when I drove to the side for them to wipe the car dry. I stood next to a Merc taxi driver, he too waiting for his car to be wiped. As I stood there dehydrated, he commented about my car being very low and noted the crack lines on the lower lips. I managed a few nods in acknowledgement.
Then he started talking about how I should go wash my rims. I was puzzled, I mean, they looked clean to me leh. He pointed to his rims and told me he went for a wash and now they are sparkling clean. I just continued to nod along.
Suddenly, after a few seconds of silence staring at my rims, he said, “Oh! Your rims are not silver colour, they are bronze originally.”
“Yes they are bronze.” I replied.
-_-”
The rain has finally stopped this morning. I see sunny blue sky, but the air is cool. Hmmm.. feels like chilly Melbourne morning. I like.
Received an email invitation to Enna 2nd baby’s full month celebration. Usual details stated in the email until I come to the last bit where she signed off.
She went:-
Chaos!!
Enna
I almost choked on my hot tea, again. Chaos?! Haha!! See what motherhood and 2 boys does to you.
I seriously think drinking hot tea while reading emails is hazardous to me cos I’ve got friends who send the darnest things. Heh.
Sometimes, Kat and I write notes to communicate with each other. Tho I’ve already did my best to write with my best handwriting, she always claims some words are completely illegible. I seriously beg to differ, I can make it completely illegible if I want, but this is not lor.
Anyways, she managed to understand what I scribbled and count it as an achievement, as outstanding as me being able to understand the song she was trying to hum (which she hummed to her hubby whom in return gave her a blank look).
She said we should make it our X’mas party game — “Guess What Dan Wrote”! I’ll write a paragraph and the person who reads it out correctly the fastest wins.
-_-”
Who needs the Morse Code when you have Dan’s Writings, hor?!

I was watching the games on TV, and it was switching between diving and track events when this Japanese diver caught my attention… with his hair!
I mean Japanese usually are quite stylo with their hair and all, but this guy! I nearly choke on my yakult! His hair is like no shape, ok it’s round, like those who shaved or cut really short and simply allowed it to grow long au naturel.
His hair now is longer than the picture shown above, so it’s really like a round mushroom lor! Plus diving right, you dive into the water, get out, wipe yourself dry, your hair will stand one lor if not long. Anyways, he got really nice defined abs tho.
Then they switched to track — men’s 4X100m. One of my favourite event, always very exciting to watch. The camera was running through the first runner of the teams, this HK runner was removing his trackpants and seems to be having difficulties getting his trackpants off over his spikes. I thought he is going to lose his balance and fall over anytime. Holding my breathe for him. Haha!! But thank goodness he managed to get it off successfully, without falling.
By the way, Thailand won men’s 4×100m! Yay!! I support SEA teams!!
I’m feeling a little depressed.
I was receiving some sms on my mobile last night and together with the normal sms tone, an alarm like tone sounded.
I looked at my mobile and an unfamilar message was displayed — “Memory almost full”.
!!!
I had only neglected deleting smses for a few days and it tells me my memory is almost full?! How can?!
Bobian. I had to scroll through my smses (trust me, it’s very little compared to some people who holds 1,000 smses in their message inbox) and delete those I deem as less important.
But seriously I’m not a person who has the habit of not deleting smses, so those left are actually quite necessary and important. Gaah! Tough decisions.
How to be strong like Superman like that?!
