Had dinner with Indierave and QueenMother last night at HRC. Other than the thousand and one birthday annoucements they make every 30 minutes, the dinner was fabulous.

I had craving for nachos, so we did. The nachos as usual was like a mountain, we polished it off fairly quickly, being quite hungry already. Then when our main course came, we were already 70% full. So in the end how? Ta pao lah then how.

Indierave just got promoted. Again. She got promotion on average every 3 months. Such highflyer right?! Climbing the corporate ladder rapidly.

When she move into her office 2 weeks ago, her room was in a big mess coz previously it was being used as a store room. She spent the first 4-5 days clearing the rubbish out. So poor thing. Haha!!

Then, the best part is her office previously being a spa and massage place, she has a shower stall and basin in her room! Imagine you can shower in your room in office. So weird!!

And what kind of door she has to her room? The folding plastic kind! With a metal hook as the lock. Super retro lor. As she was describing to us, QM and I almost fell off the chair laughing. Lucky the music at HRC quite loud, else people might think we gila.

Her big boss is ang moh and is quite a womaniser/tng go peh despite his age. He has a PA and she was telling Indierave that he once said to her, “[PA’s name], who’s gonna lick your nipples tonight?”

WHAT THE….?!!!!!!!

We found it totally hilarious tho Indierave don’t agree. We tell Indierave she must quickly think of some witty retort incase the big boss say such things to her, which we are quite sure he will.

We are sure she can handle it well coz she is really quite nonchalant about it.

Quite ultimate lor, and these things can only happen to Indierave, the drama queen.
